Indoor amenities include smart TVs, board games, a dining table, and a high chair. The kitchen features a dishwasher, gas stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishware and flatware, and a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary toiletries, linens and bath towels, beach towels, in-home laundry, an iron and board, a hair dryer, hangers, and keyless entry. Only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Located in a quiet residential area of Cocoa Beach that offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Guests can enjoy easy access to the beach, nearby parks, and local dining spots. The area is known for its laid-back coastal atmosphere, surf culture, and proximity to some of the Space Coast’s most popular attractions including the Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center. Getting around Cocoa Beach is easy and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, and this home offers driveway parking for up to five vehicles with additional space for trailer parking. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many local restaurants, shops, and beach access points are just a short drive away. Biking is also popular in the area, with flat streets that make exploring the neighborhood simple and enjoyable. The beach is just 2 blocks away and there is easy access to A1A. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors. No illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property is allowed. No sub-leasing is allowed and do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. The stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund.
