It's also conveniently located 1 block from the Lago Vista mountain biking trail, 1 mile to Lake Avalon, 1.7 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 2.5 miles to Bella Vista Country Club, 3 miles to Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 5 miles to Kingsdale Golf Course, and 11 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival.
