Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor). - 2 bathrooms (one on each floor). - Full kitchen with new appliances (new fridge not pictured). - Mud room/laundry room with new washer & dryer. - Detached 2-car garage (barn). - Small, private yard with picnic table and a beautiful playset for small children. - Brand-new front porch Heat, sewer, water and WIFI are included. Tenant is responsible for electricity and trash removal (twice-weekly drop-off point is just down the road).
