While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 16 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 4 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
