The inviting front porch leads to a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, flowing into a formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). A half bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room. All bedrooms are located on the second floor: Bedroom 1 features a king bed and access to a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, built-in single bunks (not suitable for adults), a kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony. Bedroom 4 contains two twin-over-twin bunk beds with twin trundles (sleeps up to 6) and shares a hallway full bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has a queen bed. Enjoy a short walk (less than half a mile) to the gated beach access exclusive to the community, and several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture.
