Each house features 4 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 master suites with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Both homes boast large living rooms designed for group gatherings, with plenty of seating and open layouts. Each also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, and a laundry room for convenience. Additional features include outdoor showers and charcoal grills. Parking is available on the driveway, and guests are advised to be careful not to hit the pilings with their vehicles. Charcoal grills are available for use. Outdoor showers are also provided. Located just a 5-minute walk or a shorter drive to the beach, these homes are ideally situated for easy access to the shore. They are perfect for group vacations, family reunions, or gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 18 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Do not park under the houses; park only on the driveway. Absolutely no smoking. No parties or events. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Do not leave out any food that will attract unwanted pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. If there's any accidental damage, let us know ASAP. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill downstairs on the patio area only; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Please clean the grill after use. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken, let us know ASAP. Please lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. If the renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If the renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
