This home features a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living area for gathering. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two queen beds each, while the master suite boasts a king-size bed and a spacious private bathroom. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Each room includes a smart TV for streaming. Downstairs, enjoy the charcoal grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A charcoal grill and an outdoor shower are available for guest use. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Gulf, this home offers easy beach access, whether you prefer a quick drive or a short stroll. It's ideal for making lasting memories. There are two security cameras on the property, one overlooking the driveway and one overlooking the front doorway. Parking is restricted to the driveway only; do not park under the house. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities or leaving out food that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet, as this will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If anything is accidentally broken, please notify the host immediately. Please lock doors upon departure. Guests asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior will not receive a refund for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty; swimming is at your own risk. The host is not available in person but can be reached via the Airbnb app, phone, or text, with a response expected within 30 minutes. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Visitors must be disclosed and approved. In case of accidental damage, guests should notify the host as soon as possible. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, the renter may be responsible for replacement or repair costs. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation requirement, a full refund will be given. If evacuation is necessary during the stay, guests will be credited for lost days. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for loss or damage of personal property.
