Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. However, smoking is allowed outside the home only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 house rules violation fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. A $100 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $500 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 house rules violation fee. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
