    This place sucks. I lived here for 2 years it has a lot of roaches elevators are always down my car was broke into and the garage doors are always open… I moved out 4 months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back.. make this your last pick if you can

    I made an appointment for a tour. This place is extremely nasty, the entryway is gross. They showed me a few apartments. The hallways stink and are gross. One of the apartments they showed me wasn't clean and to make matters worse, a ROACH almost dropped on my head on my way out! The swimming pool is permanently closed. It has no cover so it's exsposed and filthy. This place years ago was very nice. Now it's a waste of time and space need to be torn down. THE HEAT WAS OFF LAST WINTER FOR A ...

    I lived in crystal tower for five years for the first three it was ok now that it’s new management it’s been very bad the elevators are always broken, it’s too many people in these buildings with not enough parking spots, lately it’s been mouse and bugs,Last month someone shot there self it was blood all in the elevator and the new manager never seem to care to do anything the office hasn’t been open for the last four months and Doesn’t keep up with work orders.     I've been here two years now. my first year was great. but then they changed managment and my second year hasnt been very good. The new Building manager Pauline isnt good at her job. the office is closed more than its open. And the apartments always have an issue. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone while under this management.

    My name is michael white. I have been a resident of East Cleveland since 1993. I left and went into the service in 1993 and returned to east Cleveland in 1998. enough about that. Crystal Towers is a nice place to live. It is quiet and comfortable and the staff are nice and can be accessible when ever possible. The maintenance workers are on thier job and if you need anything from them they are there. And there is plenty of places to park and all in all, i do like being there.

  • Wonderful place to live!

    I love living here ! They have the view of downtown Cleveland is beautiful .My living room It's very spacious and their always having great events around the holidays it makes you feel right at home?and the management is wonderful!

  • It's Horrible

    It's horrible!!! Vending machines are old and outdated they take your money. The hallways aren't clean or compactor rooms. The roaches are really really bad , cars get broken into and they have security on top of all that the leasing manager Karla is extremely rude to guest and tenants.

    Crystal Towers is aka Indi own apartment building I love this beauty my first experience in staying in the apartment it is a high rise I'm on the 19th floor wonderful view first week here they had a Kids day my kids enjoyed it it was wonderful very friendly fitness center pool I just love being here I'm glad my fiance chose this place I wouldn't have it any other way very clean security on staff and like the idea of my parking garage

    I love my apartment, the facility is clean, very spacious, convient to shopping and close to the local parks, great view of the lake and sowntown Cleveland. Amenities are nice and public transportation is right out side. Management is great in responding to and issues and I'm close to my job. I love living here it's comfortable and enviting.
