August 13, 2024I have lived here for 11 years and this place is not as nice it was before, the rent has increased too high in in the past few years but nothing changed. It always stink here at night when before it never used to. I'm glad I'm moving northReview from Apartments.com

February 24, 2020I liked the place, it is something I was looking for, I needed the apartment, unfortunately I did not receive an answer regarding my application, I called a couple of times and I did not get an answer, so I assumed that my application was not accepted, since I needed a place I continued looking, I found a place, I did not like as much as Oro Vista, however it was me only option and I had to take it. December 9, 2019I just feel the apartments are too overpriced. I have walk FAR to take the trash out. The Dog area is filled with tree bark. The rain gutters spill into the stairway. Its like a waterfall. My rent went up $87 last year. I fear next year will be even more. My dishwasher doesn't work even though they said they fixed it. And the dryers ripped a bunch of my clothes. The pool is always dirty. my daughter near the shower of the pool area due to no grip.Review from Apartments.com

June 26, 2019People are throwing their old mattress beds and furniture outside the trash bin where I live the hallway are bout being sweep other people's trash like sandwich wrapps and candy wraps are always blown down my way by my front door.
