Unfortunately, our experience has been very stressful. We have had a serious rodent problem in the apartment, which is especially concerning because we have four children, including a baby. We have also experienced maintenance delays, including a broken washing machine that remained unresolved for more than two weeks. Serious pest problem and poor maintenance

I rarely leave negative reviews, but future residents deserve to know what to expect. During our first five months living here, we caught more than 30 rodents inside and around our apartment. On top of that, there are cockroaches everywhere, making it impossible to feel comfortable in our own home. The trash areas are frequently overflowing, especially on weekends, which only makes the pest problem worse. Pest control visits are completely ineffective. They usually spend less than two minutes ...
at the apartment before leaving, without addressing the root of the problem. Maintenance is another major issue. Work orders often remain open for 10 days or more, even for issues that should be handled much sooner. We expected a safe, clean, and well-maintained community, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Unless management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements, I cannot recommend living here.

I was working with Alex in obtaining a lease for a 3 bdrm 2 bath apt. He went above and beyond to just get us to look at an apt similar to what I was renting since they were working on the apt I was inquiring about. He worked with my credit which isn't bad but not the best. Small deposit and I'm now a resident at Cinnomon run/Pepper tree apartments. These apartments are reasonably priced. And was easily in my price range. Loved the help from Alex (Alejandro). Thanks for the keys bro!
