June 23, 2025I have lived at the Enclave Winghaven for the past three years. It is a beautiful community with many options for walking, picnicking, and enjoying nature. The pool at the Enclave is large and very enjoyable during summer months. I am moving because I want more space/backyard. However, there have been many management changes in the past year that have resulted in various issues around the complex, including but not limited to, excessive trash buildup in dumpster areas, poor execution of snow/ice ...removal in parking lots (leaving many residents trapped in their parking spaces for days), poor communication and record-keeping in the office, and failure to reinforce policies such as using grills near building (resulted in building fire(s)) and allowing residents to spread birdseed (resulting in disgusting outdoor spaces that are overrun by hungry birds and mountainous of bird poop). Though I am sad to be leaving, I am slightly relieved to be exiting when things seem to be declining here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
