Pearl 21 Eleven did not properly repair exterior doors that did not lock for the entirety of my 9 month lease, which resulted in uninvited trespassers roaming the building, sleeping on the couches in the lounge, and barricading themselves in the lounge bathrooms. 2. Pearl 21 Eleven enforces "rules and regulations" punitively or for selfish gain. There are rules about not leaving trash cans in ...the hallway outside of the designated pick up time, but no one follows those. Pearl does not enforce. There are rules about having glass bottles inside or around the pool, but some people bring a full bar into the water with them. Pearl does not enforce. There are rules about picking up after your dog. Pearl does not enforce. 3. The Staff (minus Austin maybe) is highly condescending and rude.Property Manager Responded

I miss this place
July 15, 2022I lived here for 18 months before I had to move to Colorado (regret that). This place is amazing. Jose is amazing. The all around management is amazing. Pool, amazing. I truly miss living here, the best complex I’ve personally ever lived in!Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2015We moved into our 2B/2Ba apartment facing the pool in May. Our apartment is spacious with high end finishes and our patio (unique to our floor) is pretty big! It feels like living in a resort. Great amenities for modern, urban living. The location is AMAZING! So much to walk to within 5-20 minutes from the community including grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants galore as well as being nestled in between River Oaks, Midtown, Uptown & Galleria!!! We have only 2 concerns, not sure if it's ...the wood frame construction or we just have stomping upstairs neighbors but it can get noisy at times. Great Place to Live
July 21, 2015Fantastic location: everything is walking distance. Great apartment layouts and the staff is fantastic to work with. We really liked the islands in the kitchens that make a lot of extra space and the wood floors in the living rooms. Finally, the amenities are tough to beat and the immediate neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone is very friendly. I don't mean to sound like a major fanboy, but I can't think of anything I don't like that isn't typical apartment vs free standing home stuff.Review from Apartments.com
