Poorly maintained, lack of security, rude management

Do not rent here. In the past few months alone, the gate to the parking garage has been broken repeatedly. The elevators are out of service and the entire building does not get properly cleaned. There is always garbage and dog urine in the hallways and elevators maintenance is not able to fix things appropriately because they are not qualified or skilled and the leasing office staff is unhelpful does not answer the phone and is blatantly rude to residents, they gossip and insult the people who ...

Our residents are welcome to reach out to us whenever they need assistance or have a request. Our community offers concierge services daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and overnight from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During the move-in process, every resident receives an orientation packet that outlines our office hours, concierge schedule, and other important community information.
There was a temporary malfunction of the garage gate two days ago, and this was promptly resolved. We have three elevators available in our community, and they are currently all operational. Earlier this week, one elevator was briefly unavailable while undergoing its required inspection, which may have resulted in slightly longer wait times for residents on that day. We had two other elevators available for our residents. We apologize for any inconvenience.
