I love how the property is well cared for & love my apartment too!!! Lived here 2 years so far
August 23, 2025I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and found 54 magnolia after tour a few other places. The staff is friendly the neighbor is quiet and safe and very pet friendly. There is place to to walk near the water and a dog park. If you like to walk like I do you have plenty of of restaurants only a short walk away.Property Manager Responded

Best Place Ever!!!

August 7, 2025The time I've been living in this apartment I've had at least 15 requests to get rid of palmetto bugs Plus millipedes Plus roaches it was horrible with no avail with some of it. I had to get some strong bug repellent to get everything out of here raid super strength and then got rid of a lot of it. Massey was there exterminator or bug control they were useless. Some of my clothes and my furniture had palmetto droppings on them it was disgusting and I did tell your office.Property Manager Responded

Amazing!
April 20, 202354 Magnolia has been a great place to live! The leasing staff are friendly and the move in process was smooth. Maintenance goes above and beyond whenever we’ve run into minor wear and tear issues. Overall, the apartment and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and I really enjoy living here!Property Manager Responded
