May 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe office is great, the maintenance team is always nice and gets my orders done efficiently and I have noticed that within the last year the property has bettered in many little ways. The city is redoing the park across the street as well and there are now great walking trails.
Worst Apt Complex in Austin
August 8, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWorst apartment complex I have lived in and that says a lot. It has deteriorated over time and has become one of the worst neighborhoods in all of Austin. Construction has torn apart the entire area and starts early in the morning, there are vans and trucks throughout Quail Blvd behind the property that people live in and are loud throughout the night. The neighbors are loud and for a part of my lease there was a literal traphouse next door as my neighbor let people from the streets live next ...door. Legitimately one of the worst complexes in Austin.Read More
