Right now, there’s a solid maintenance team in place who cares and follows through on what they say. They help keep the community clean. Walls are thin here so you will hear your neighbors. That seems to be common in most apartments. Community people seem nice who live here too.

Unfortunately, when we moved in we noticed the apartment was really dirty and caked with ant poison and some things were off like doors not closing/locking and things broken but eh you get what you pay for and its nothing major to me.
