Solo fachada
March 27, 2024Al parecer todo el presupuesto está para arreglar la fachada , y no para solucionar los problemas verdaderos de los inquilinos 4 meses con mi aire acondicionado malo y solo este tiempo han jugado con mi dinero mi tiempo y me han engañado al decir que solucionaron el problema donde el servicio funciona solo por tres días, no veo la hora que termine mi contrato, son personas que juegan con tu dinero y tu tiempo nadie te de una solución real solo te engañan, hay presupuesto para arreglar fachada ...pero no para solucionar un problema de un aire acondicionado decepcionada totalmente de este personalProperty Manager Responded

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
September 7, 2023Worst experience possible. We applied to this complex 3.5 weeks ago with the projected move in date of tomorrow, Sept. 8th. When I applied and turned in my deposit on Aug 15th, I was told they were switching management companies and I would be given an answer about approval the following week. Well that week passed and no one reached out to me. I called and could barely access Shirley the leasing consultant. I would be told “she will call you by end of day with an update” and she would never ...call. This occurred at least 4 times. I had to physically show up to the office just to get the run around again, saying we will have an answer soon. Well the move in was supposed to be tomorrow and we still have not heard back. Terrible experience, waste of time, and waste of money. I was given the run around time after time, it was clear that this complex did not prioritize my time or my money.Property Manager Responded

To me it was a fresh start

March 6, 2017While the property is nice enough and the office staff are pleasant, they will GOUGE you on move-out expenses. The pet fee is not a deposit and does not cover any damages made by you animals. I am unsure of what the pet rent and fees cover if they don't cover those items. They are trying to charge me $800.00 dollars on carpet when it was brand new. There was a small inch of carpet that peeled up within a month of moving in and they replace the entirety of the carpet in the unit and I am now ...paying for it. August 23, 2015I Love it here everything is close to the apartments, Sea World is 5 min away 15 min from Disney and super close to work. supermarkets and restaurants very close and centric to everything. I have lived here for 2 years and enjoy it, apartments are super spacious well kept nice and big kitchens. Management and maintenance staff is very helpful and nice. I can not complain I recommend Arium Grandewood if you want to live in a safe friendly and gated community and close to 3 major A Schools just ...1 min away this is the place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place To Live
August 13, 2015I've been living at Arium Grandewood for over a year now and I have to say I love it. The management and staff are friendly and responsive. They always remember my name when I go in to pick up packages left by the postman. The grounds and ammenities are impeccable. The management company has recently refurbished the pool area and the gym was expanded and equipment upgraded. The neighbors are friendly and the area is totally safe. The apartments themselves are spacious with decent ceiling heights ...and fancy touches here and there. The only downsides to this place is the trash compactor area where everyone puts their trash gets overflowed some times but it's really no big deal. Location, location, location
July 22, 2015I am very happy about my new apartment. It's a corner apartment so I have a lot of natural lighting. The complex is kept clean and well manicured but the best part about it- the location near local and tourists attractions, great restaurants, and shopping for food and clothing. I am right in the middle of everything I need to have a well-rounded life. The one thing I do not like however, is that there are no elevators here.
