June 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMostly positive with some parking lot issues I love the location and the spacious units. I also enjoy the lack of deposit when I began the lease. Amenities are solid and I enjoy the community events. However, I strongly dislike the required guest parking registration. No other apartment I’ve heard of requires this. One of my friends accidentally forgot to register one time and it cost $350 to get his car back. It’s a cheap scam to make easy money by taking advantage of a small mistake. It makes ...my guests constantly anxious that they may have forgotten and lost their car. The steep speed bumps in the parking lot are also very annoying. They are much more bumpy to drive over than most speed bumps. One final point regarding the parking lot, the gate always seems to have some different issue. It never lets me leave from the inside unless I use the Brivo app, which I also dislike. I would much prefer a tag so I wouldn’t have to fiddle with my phone while driving. When the app simply does not work, then I have to go all the way around to the other gate (right side facing the leasing office from the street) just to leave. I’m actually glad when the gate is “broken” and simply stays open because it means less hassle. Another dislike is with service requests being marked completed when maintenance has not actually performed any work. On several occasions, I have received notifications that the service request has been almost immediately “completed,” even though I’ve been in my unit the whole time and no one came to even check. Then the issues will of course persist. Finally, the AC has great difficulty keeping my unit cool if I have more than a couple guests over. However, the changes to policies are sent out en masse via a single email that you might not see. These changes can be things like the front gates not working without signing up for a phone app. So you get locked out of your own home if you miss an email. They could be a towing policy.
