MONEY HUNGRY
July 5, 2023I lived at this apartment from 2016 to about 2022. Had a great time while I lived there. I don't complain much about issues or delay fixing issues. I got professionals to clean out my apartment when I was moving out but I still got a bill of almost $2,000. They charged for replacing floors and carpet which they were going to replace anyways, they charged for pet messing up the carpet "I have never owned a pet in my life". The list goes on and on. I called several times to at least get bill ...reduced but all efforts where futile. Ever since the apartment got sold to Greystar it just went down hill from there, they never fix the main door entrance men the list goes on and on. I have referred at least 2 people to this apartment and lived here over 6 years but they still wouldn't give me a break. My sister who has also lived there for 6 years got almost $5,000 damages Fees when she moved out and she did the same thing I did when moving out "hiring cleaners". How can you charge people that much to replace cheap Vinyl floor and carpet it's ridiculous. Move here at your own expense!!Property Manager Responded
