If I could give the new management a negative I would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. The ladies are very rude and don’t care about the residents only about the money. Rent has went up four times since new management have taken over with not many improvements to property other than repainting the outside of the building and changing the name. There are three floor plans they have now combined the three bedrooms which have two different layouts to one price getting over on people. They ...
always tell you there is a waiting list for the three bedrooms but they allowed the maintenance people to move in immediately and they barley pay any rent it’s like the residents are which is not fair. The gate is always broken and open for anyone to come in. The pool area is not at all what is described there are no cabanas just an old table no covering and about 3 little chairs around the pool which is usually closed. The garbage dumper is always over full and trash is usually everywhere including the side walk which attracts raccoons so you can barely do anything because raccoons are just walking around like they pay rent. It was a pet free community now you have barking dogs and stray cats everywhere. When you make complaints they tell you that if you don’t like it then you can move out not being compassionate or caring at all. They changed the pressure of the water so nothing barely comes out because they are trying to save money on the water bill. A lot of the resident are tired of the treatment from the people in the front office they operate when they want to. You can barely find a place to park because they no longer utilize the parking permits and anyone can park anywhere now it is terrible.

I've lived here only 8 months and within this short time I realize I would never recommend anybody to move into this place. Every 2 months their in your apartment for some kind of inspection when they should focus more on the outside appearance of the buildings which is dirty! Since I've been here I haven't seen anyone pressure wash the buildings or the sidewalk. The apartment it self is nice. Jeremiah, London and Stella are nice but I just wish somebody would do something about the buildings ...
and the appearance. Also when you have a Hurricane come through the water is shut off along with the power and they look to you to call the utility company when it's their responsibility to make sure the water is up and running. Again I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

DO NOT go by the pictures in this ad. The pictures are soo outdated. I have lived out here for almost 2 years and they have never pressure washed or painted the property. The breezeway to your unit looks like a dirt path with stains all over it and the paint is chipping with buildup of spider webs and dirt. I'm aware it takes the residents help to do their part but residents cant paint nor pressure wash the bldgs./breezeways. Jeremiah is more concerned with going in your apartment for ...
"inspections" every 2-3 months then he is the outer appearance, which matters too! He absolutely needs to get from behind his desk/computer and make the grounds more appealing..... Also the "security" he has hired might as well be sleep on the job because they are no help to you because they can't get anyone to do anything. The noise, drug dealing and other crap that goes on is still going on in the back of the complex. You call them and they take their time to come out and when they do they are lost and go to the wrong building/apt,then call you back to say "no one answered the door".... sad just sad!!!!!
On a good note, the ladies (London and Stella) are outstanding to work with. They know their residents and they are very much welcoming with your issues/concerns. They give you the best route to take to get what you need done. The maintenance is also good they just are short staffed in that area but they get to you as quickly as possible. The apartment layouts are nice and overall I like my apartment they just need to update the appliances as they are outdated and barely work, especially the stove!

I move here about 2 years and moving out. The area is not that great. police cars are almost here . the gate is almost all the time broke and when it comes to the manager he doesn't take care of thing. I gave my apartment go someone and got another one that it wasn't even clean, the rug is old , my cabinet old and they say that they will fix. they don't I go the stove glass fall on my leg told them that I needed a new one never
got one so I'm moving out. thanks but no thanks. I just hear a ...

I have lived here for over 5 years and have seen a huge change for the better since new management took over about 2 years ago. I was thinking of leaving before the new management started but I am so glad I stayed. Any issues I have are being taken care quickly and the office staff is just wonderful, they make me feel like a person and not a dollar amount.
