RIP OFF STAY AWAY

The property charges all types of hidden fees. They actually told me when I moved out that my move out fee wasnt that much... I thought I misheard, never heard of a move out fee before. They charged me for carpet cleaning for a carpet that literally had no damage(like new), cleaning a fridge that I certainly cleaned myself, and a few other things. I've literally never had 1/2 as much trouble with an apartment complex as I had with this place. PLEASE AVOID!!

I just move here in January. I love this place ?. I was in a domestic relationship out of state . I had move back. Amberwood help me so much. I cry when they told me come get my keys too my new apartment, because I didn’t have nowhere to stay. So if you looking for a quiet and nice place too live. Call Amberwood Place Apartments. I've been here only two years. But my short time here has been superb. Beyond excellent office staff and maintenance. Always super responsive when needed. It's a very peaceful environment on the edge of the city. And there's a freaking pool!!! I'm happy here.

I've lived in amberwood for about 6 years and I have loved living here. I'm moving out of state soon and will miss this place immensely. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is very quick to arrive and always does a great and professional job. I feel bad for them sometimes in the winter because whenever it snows they are quickly out clearing the sidewalks regardless of how bad it is outside. The property manager also does special things for the community such as ...
organizing cookouts, creating a community garden, and gift wrapping stations during Christmas times. I've not had to buy wrapping paper since I've moved in! The complex is pretty quiet (other than my upstairs neighbor) and is well maintained. I would still be living here if I wasn't moving away.

I have lived here for 3 years. This community is nice and safe. I love living here. The staff is friendly. The apartments are really nice and clean. The maintenance staff will fix any issues withing the same day. I have never had any issues with the staff or apartments and I love the ability to have a pool that is monitored and safe to swim in. This community is awesome.

My family and I have lived here for 6 years and have never seen better maintenance and office staff! They are very friendly and professional. Maintenance has always been very prompt as well. They try very hard to make all residents feel welcome and included with community events around holidays. Amberwood has a community Feel. We have occasional gatherings/activities for the family for example Easter Egg Hunts (with Prizes),Meals,Christmas Parties and sometimes a Bon fire . We Had our First Community Garden This Year and it was a great way to meet Neighbors. A great Pool for the family and a basket ball court too. We are even next to a city park,and even the City Trolley comes here for People that don't have a car to get into town. Maintenance is Top Notch. On Call 24/7 for emergencies ...
and the Office is so Nice and Patient. The Building I am in has grown close and we check on each other often and make sure we all safe like a Family.Just love our community.The Pride and Love shine threw in the up keep compared to other apartments in the area.My husband is in a wheelchair and they even helped to insure he had grab bars for the tub and ramp access for the car and insure him a handicapped parking spot without complaint or any trouble. Always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend it to anyone .

Amberwood Place has to be the best apartment in Kokomo. Even the one bedrooms and studio have over 700 square feet.The maintenance people are great. The same goes for the office people. Washer/dryer hookups as well as gas heat, microwave and dishwasher included. There is even a swimming pool.
