    I applied online and paid the $50 application fee and $150 holding fee for a unit. My application was approved quickly, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I notified the office the same day that my move timeline had changed. No lease was ever signed, yet the $150 holding fee was retained.     I was told that the apartment was freshly renovated and it seems like their definition renovated is was just putting in new appliances. There have been multiple issues and I have just lived here for 2 weeks. I was given a mail key that does not work, my toilet leaks water and wobbles, the restroom sink is chipped and rusting, the restroom sink plumbing is falling apart, the A/C control is ancient, and the restroom towel rack fell apart by simply putting a towel on it. It seems like they try to ...

    This is a great location with shopping just minutes away but its not the best place to live. There is broken glass and huge piles of dog poop everywhere. People drinking and smoking near the front of the property, which doesnt bother me, but at least clean up after yourselves. Random people asking for money while I'm walking to my car. Loud neighbors fighting in the early morning or late at night. Dog park is a joke. Stay away.

    I love the new team they have. Rebecca and Tony are great and the maintenance team is good. We dealt with a lot of different people working in the office but the team they have now are making changes. I just wish the mail carriers knew how to deliver our packages correctly. But I love how the gate are working now just waiting for the pool to open up

    I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and cockroaches keeps coming every week. I have had the place sprayed almost every week. Pest control says it comes from downstairs. Trash from downstairs on the balcony for over weeks and months and and still there. If I can attach pictures ...you will see! Management claims they have addressed issue, but why are the trash and trash bags still on the downstairs balcony?! How hard is it to throw trash bags into the trash bin? Very lazy and disgusting people ...

    Jay is hands down a valuable employee at ReNew, in my opinion. He was not only helpful but accommodating too. He went a above and beyond, it’s refreshing to have such fantastic customer service. Matter of fact all the employees we encountered there were awesome. I am still in the process of moving in so I can’t rate that part yet, but so far the accommodations seem on par with the price for my expectations.

    I move in on the 16th of October apartment was far from been done walls and ceilings where black and dusty defense not painted toilet caulking was cracked on both bathrooms toilet water tank was liking carpet was ripped and showing a wood strip with nails can’t walk barefoot because of nails under carpet .carpet is old and stinky carpet was patched with a different color walls have drops off dry paint painter miss a lot off spots . Ac cover is coming off doors on cabinets don’t close cabinets ...
    where not painted. Management send a painter but Gail to do a good job... he left drops of paint on floor and carpet and only painted edges of ceilings he also mis a lot of spots.... Monday I get carpet replaced on my place Tuesday I get new flooring it’s been an inconvenience for my family as we deal we different people coming in and out of our house management was supposed to show up and fix caulking and some random stuff 2 days ago they fail really bad experience I hope to be contact by upper management so we can do this right

    Went to check out a apartment showed up a lil earlier than scheduled time but jay was already there told me about the house and neighborhood that the apartment was in very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas which is a plus 5 stars my man

He was very thorough pleasant and most importantly patient while he made sure all info was provided and understood,. I am now happily living in my apartment thanks to jay!     Moving can be overwhelming and a emotional roller coaster, but when I came to view the apartments at Renew at decatur i felt more relaxed. Jay showed us how great it would be to stay in the community. He was very helpful with all the questions we had. Definitely changed our minds on community living
