Repairs are done within 24hrs of reporting them, although there have been very few repairs needed. Avalon Russette gives that friendly safe neighborhood feeling. Love this place

No Place Like Home
August 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into my apartment at Avalon Russett back in April 2015 and I have fell in love. From the excellent customer service in the leasing office and pristine, clean dog-friendly neighborhood - it is certainly a gem. The maintenance crew also responds to request within a 24 hour window. Avalon Russett is a part of the larger Russett planned community in Laurel so I have access to trails, parks and picnic areas. No, we're not in Kansas anymore Dorothy -- we're off to some place better!
