March 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe previous management team was cooperative and easy to work with. Since the new team took over, the experience has been a disaster. Staff members are not collaborative and don’t even seem willing to understand tenant concerns. For the first time, they increased our rent by 12%, which is even higher than the rates listed for new tenants. When I asked for an explanation, the response was simply, “It was decided by top management.” After some negotiation, they reduced the increase slightly, but ...it is still around 7%. I’m not sure whether I will renew my lease next year, and I would not encourage others to deal with this kind of situation.Read More

November 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comExperience started out great. I've needed my toilet, sink faucet, and air conditioner all replaced in under a year. Ive contacted the office 4 times and spoken with maintenance 2 times about my concern for mold in the apartment after my dog passed away with suspicion of mold toxicity. I provided two air tests which came back positive and both molds are listed on the dangerous list of the quantity is at a certain level. The toilet that was removed was covered in black mold on the underside. No one ...has reached out to me about this and nothing has been done. When I moved in the front door keys didn't work, maintenance eventually replaced the locks and now the doors don't shut/lock properly. They were never fixed, we were just emailed to make sure we force close them. It seems like they're more concerned with turning a profit than their residents health and safety. Location is great though, I like the layout and spaciousness of the apartment.Read More

Mike has been very welcoming/helpful w/ the whole move-in process and gave us our tour. Explained everything thoroughly about the complex & some pros/cons. We can tell Mike was looking out for our best interests & was one of the reasons we decided to come out here! Maintenance team very nice & are always on top of work orders. Complex is very close to a lot of shops, groceries & a CVS right next door. The ...only minor cons I would like to mention are that there arent alot of parking spots available especially when you come home later closer to midnight. Also, the front/back doors in some units do not properly lock on the latch. So you have to force the door to close which can make some noise & possibly disturb some of the neighbors. June 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is nice and cozy, but the cleaning was not very good, and there are permanent stains on the toilet, kitchen cabinet, kitchen and bathroom sinks, and bathtub. In addition, the bathroom cabinet door is loose and the bedroom curtain is broken. But these are details that can be fixed, but otherwise, I loved the place.Property Manager Responded
