Maintenance Staff is great

Apartments are huge - we are long term residents - sadly corporate does not appreciate long-term residents and the rent has gone up $$$$. However - the maintenance staff - Karel and Gueras (not sure how he spells his name) - they are absolutely wonderful!! Every morning they are out there making sure grounds are kept up and anytime we need something the response time is great.

Upon requesting information about a 4 bedroom unit. The initial visit was good Jennifer explained the process and everything was good. However I get a call stating my income needed to be verified after I had already paid a deposit and a holding fee. To my surprise Jennifer had left and Stephanie took over but miss communicated valuable information that cause some confusion. Thankfully Ms. Liset came to the rescue. Ms.Luz who is the property manager have yet to call concerning the mishap. I think ...

Corporate needs to handle things better as well.
