The property needs major updates, such as removing the popcorn ceilings, updating the appliances, adding microwaves, and improving the piping and insulation. During the entire time I lived there, the guest bedroom was extremely cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. When I submitted a maintenance request, I was told to close the bathroom vents so more air would flow into the bedrooms. I don’t feel like that ...should have been necessary. Also, after taking a shower, the master bedroom sometimes had a musty smell, almost like there might be mold somewhere. I often had to open the bedroom window just to air it out. Overall, Ashton Creek isn’t the worst, but it’s also not the best.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
