I have had issue after issue getting a working mailbox key. I have filed a noise complaint against my upstairs neighbor. My apartment smells of smoke and I am constantly trying to get rid of the smell. My toilet and washing machine did not work upon move in. I wish the staff was more responsive to resident concerns; it’s took almost a month for my bathroom fan to repaired, there were two separate occasions I reached out about the fitness center and I didn’t get correspondence until 2 weeks later. The amount of pet droppings is overwhelming, it just sits in the grass and decays. Also a little frustrated with the valet trash situation; I am paying for valet trash but I have not received service in over a month.
