Upon moving in, I encountered multiple serious issues with the unit — including water damage, pest activity, ventilation problems, and safety hazards like exposed nails. Despite repeated requests, many of these problems remain unresolved. Communication from management and maintenance has been inconsistent, and there have been troubling lapses in professionalism and accountability.
