Amazing
December 23, 2024We have yet to move in, but there is so much good things to say about Aster already. The people who work there are so kind and helpful. They make the moving in process go by smoothly and they’re very considerate of what you’re looking for in a home. We scheduled a tour and we could confidently say it was beautiful. Aster is home!
June 5, 2018When you consider apartment living you have to take in a lot of factors. As my family and are still looking to buy we have decided to rent until we feel it’s right to buy a home. We have been in Aster for 2 years going on 3 and we must say we LOVE it here. People who bash this community have not lived in an apartment complex before and it shows. The staff is always with smiles and are always willing to help. I always feel like I’m at home and could count on them for any of my needs. Maintaince, ...Keith and Lucas to name them exactly are extremely, extremely helpful. They answer any questions or concerns with no issues. When I place Work orders they’re taken care of within a day. Not many places do that!!! I can’t stress it enough, I LOVE living at Aster. Awesome Apartment complex
May 22, 2018Love, love, love this place. Where do I begin? Let's start with maintenance -- pretty much just say the word and they are on it ASAP even if it is just changing a light bulb. We have been homeowners and are renting a 3BDR here while we decide on home to buy/build, but this maintenance free lifestyle is compelling. We renewed our lease and were rewarded with an accent wall or carpet cleaning. The staff is just absolutely wonderful -- many are residents as well -- and take exceptional care of ...the complex and us from faxing documents to throwing parties. Another perk we enjoy -- grabbing a complementary latte and enjoying it in the clubhouse which is nicer than many hotel lobbies. True this place may be pricier than other rentals, but worth it in quality, safety, and location. There are many officers here and we are across the street from a hospital -- were among the 1st to get electricity restored after hurricane Irma. The residents here are very friendly and classy as well. As to negatives, very minimal and not exclusive to this place. A few resident dog owners are so spoiled here, they feel they don't need to pick up after their dogs even though management provides bags (and even dog biscuits). They have been told their is no poop fairy, and threatened with a fine, and still... oh well, we even had that problem when we owned our house in Lakewood Ranch and the HOA was very strict.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 18, 2017They may be nice initially to get you to sign the lease but beware once you do. Staff is extremely rude! Requests for repairs go unattended, phone calls unreturned! There are much better places to live, spend your money elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
Parking lot war
January 5, 2017If you happen to work or stay out past 7 pm good luck on finding a parking place anywhere on site. Way too many overnight and unregistered vehicles taking up spaces of paying residents. Also not the safest apartment parking lot in complexes that I've lived in. Modern Apartment with the Privacy of a home
October 9, 2015This apartment complex is really wonderful. My husband and I enjoy our privacy and we really appreciate that once we get into our apartment, it doesn't feel like and apartment. It actually feels like a home. The apartment is concrete built which is great because we rarely hear our neighbors! We occasionally hear a neighbors dog, but its not ridiculous! The amenities are really great as well. We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, and built in microwave that have all worked very well. ...The style of the apartment is modern with large dark cabinets, faux wood floods and very nice lighting. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful. We even have a great bark park for dog. It is also nice to have a gym, that has most everything to get a decent workout. Its a great place to live and a nice area of Naples. I only have 2 complaints about our layout(2 bed/2 bath) not really the apartment complex. We have 3 showers!!! Its very strange and I would have much rather had a linen closet and 2 showers, but we have 3! Not a big deal but I think its strange. The last thing that bugs me is the cabinet section that is our "pantry" is very awkward. Its deep and very tall which makes organizing difficult. This is also not a big deal, but has been a complaint of mine! Over all I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
