Only complaints that have been somewhat valid as I scrolled through reviews are those complaining about footsteps and doors, which clearly if they think, that they never lived underneath someone. Any noise is minimal, and quieter than any other complex I toured or lived in. As long as you are respectful and realistic with management (many people do not handle interactions with managers well) they are EXTREMELY ...helpful and friendly. Poor building construction as you can here people above, doors slamming and the wet wall allows you to hear flushing from above also. The gates are open frequently so security is minimal. Groundskeeping is poor and most areas away from entrance are just dirt, mud when it rains. Overall mediocre property with higher rent.
