Maintenance lacking
November 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for two years. Swallows build a nest in my patio since it's at ground level. Last year maintenance power washed all the poop off after the nest was empty. I haven’t gone out on my patio this year since it’s filthy. I would like to use it, my rent includes that space. The manager said they won’t clean it. Terrible customer experience for a tenant. Stay away!!!!!Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIf you want to pay $400 dollars to apply, submit all your paperwork for them to tell you the won't let you move in two days before your move in date this is the place. Love that they waited until we told our current apartment that we're leaving and won't tell us why it's denied. It's been great and they said even if we do find out it was a miscommunication from our previous apartment they won't let us move in.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis community has an experienced young staff. Hidden fees and most of the reviews are true about price gouging. They expect you to read through emails on where they will tow your vehicle. No legal signs! There are hidden fees everywhere and they will not work with you. I repeat they will not work with you! They will tackle fees on top of fees. They do not care and will empty your wallet be aware!Property Manager Responded

He helped me get my problems solved in less than 24 hours! the residents here are all extremely friendly. February 26, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comidk, With my job I have people's lives (especially children with special needs) in my hands. If theres too much noise from the neighbors - esp. if im working 3rd shift, I would not get enough rest to care for my patients effectively putting them at risk for safety! Then! To deal with poorly insulated apartments that leave my family and me too cold in winter and too hot in summer. NO THANKS. I work hard for my income to freeze like I cant do better
Do not rent here! Please!!!!
September 14, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is an absolute joke! Management is atrocious. Can only walk your animals in certain areas. Theft and vandalism is an issue but the apartment continues to leave the gate open although 12 of the 15 months I have lived here they have not even worked. Maintenance is useless, and are unable to do much at all besides change air filters. Office management is new this year and will not help you at all and are very very rude and useless especially the lead lady. Since new management has taken ...over pool has been closed multiple times this year due to BS issues and management unable to get proper permits on time. This never happened with previous management, not one time. Dog park and walking trails are an absolute joke. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is getting worse and worse especially due to being treated like a hotel and offering very short term leases, some apartments are 2 bedroom with 6 grown men living on air mattresses with no furniture. Place has gone downhill very badly, used to love it here.I would recommend anywhere but here. August 27, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comJust when I thought it couldn't get worse, we get a notice today with heavy restrictions on where we can actually our dogs. I can't walk my dog around my own neighborhood using the sidewalk in front of my own apartment even though I pay rent and pick up after my pet. I can't wait to move.

The fitness room is suppose to be expanded but for months and months nothing has worked and I mean nothing, so plan on not working out here.
