January 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in this community for two years and I must say the only downside is the bugs, spiders, doors, windows and people smoking. The apartment complex is a non smoking community and it's in the lease, I just wish people would follow the rules in the lease. The other issue is the windows and doors they need to be replace for the amount of rent being charged we should have secure doors and windows not temporary fix and the issue is still there. I would stay another year as i am downsizing ...to a one bedroom but the price is just too high.
