A/C stopped working A/C stopped working early Sunday morning. The temperature was going to be in the upper nineties later in the day. Maintenance came out on Sunday morning, replaced blower and had my apartment nice and cool by 9:00 that same morning. Responded and had A/C working in less than two hours. Top notch maintenance crew at Palomar in Webster, Texas!!

Okay Apartment Complex Decently rennovated units with open floor plan. Clean landscaping with good amenities. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.
Cons: Front gates are constantly out of service, a vehicle had its wheels and tires stolen before. Management doesn't uphold or enforce its own rules.

Pleasant place to live Ive lived here for over a decade and there are reasons for that. The units are nice, the maintenance is timely and capable and it does not flood. I dont really see or hear most of the problems Ive seen at other complexes. These people do a good job.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The air conditioner never worked in one of the bedrooms. The apartment wasn’t even clean when the gave it us. When I explained to the manager that the apartment is filthy she was laughing as this was a joke. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

I am moving out Of this apartment the people in the office rude there is one lady that I told her if I could have an extra day because I just had my brother passed away she said she would charge me additional $120 for that and then she wanted an address where I live for any additional charges please be careful if you decide to move in

I was able to do a tour w/Taylor on 8/3 and it was my 1st tour of the morning as I'm relocating from another state. During the tour Taylor didn't speak about the property or to me as we walked to the 3rd floor unit. It appeared she was bothered and actually was on her phone when I was walking through the unit. When I ask about the pool sign/closed which is the only time she really spoke to me she indicated it is closed due to a current lawsuit..WOW! If this is any indication of the staff I surely ...
don't want to live here. Very unprofessionally. Let me also say after my 1st tour I was able to see 5 other properties and a much better experience with the leasing agents.

This apartment complex is the absolute best! The admin is fantastic, and it was so refreshing considering I came from the marquis and they were more expensive, with poor admin. I’m not the lowest maintenance renter (I’ve had to call about a lot of issues recently), and they’d been nothing short of helpful. Amazing!

I really like the upgraded carpet, cabinet handles, fans, and 2 inch blinds. I especially like the sunroom option, which has carpet. It extends our living room, so we have 2 sofas, a credenza, and an armchair, for a beautiful arrangement for company and conversations.
The sidewalk trails are wonderful for going on walks with our family in the evenings, and we have enjoyed the sand volleyball area.
The staff, especially Laura and Vivian, are caring and prompt to attend to needs that arise. ...
Maintenance is usually there within an hour or so, even for routine service requests.
I feel safe living at Avana Grand Palms, and my family is now in our 5th lease term with them.
