  • Serious Sanitation Issues and Unresponsive Management

    The waste management at this condominium has become a major problem. Management has placed a single, large, uncovered dumpster in the parking lot to service all six buildings. This container is only emptied twice a week, which is completely inadequate for the number of residents. As a result, the dumpster is constantly overflowing, creating a foul and persistent odor that blankets the common areas. Worse, this has led to a significant and visible rodent problem. Despite numerous complaints from ...
    residents, the administration has taken no action to address this health and sanitation crisis. This level of neglect is unacceptable and has severely impacted the quality of life here. I cannot recommend this property until these fundamental issues are resolved.

  • Fine place, not luxury

    Fine place to live, but there are probably better options. Maybe across the road. The property may have been luxurious when first opened but it’s age and poor maintenance have stripped it of that. Nothing ever works. Garage gates always opened or stuck closed. Building doors don’t open when they should or they don’t close correctly. Fire alarms always going off. Trash chutes stuck. Cockroaches in the building. Old appliances. Poor carpentry, nails sticking out from the floor. Ugly countertop ...
    selection I’m certain units. Poorly designed sinks. Poorly maintained shower Neighbors speeding through small garage, blasting music after hours, smoking weed (smell somehow spreads to my unit), domestic fighting, stomping. Packages are often lost, stolen, or undeliverable. May be due to difficult to access package lockers. Maintenance requests are prompt. High ceilings are enjoyable. Hallway tiles are nice.

    I love my Apartment home, the community is very nice, and it's quiet here except on garbage day! The front staff are awesome all the time. They are friendly, and make sure everything is going well for the tenants. sometimes I just stop by to say hi to them before I go home.
