June 30, 2025I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The price they charge for the community and amenities is not worth it. Residents are met with vague answers when we ask about the pool being closed off or other amenities being available. The staff is extremely disorganized and disrespectful. They are unhelpful to problems you have and are very combative. The maintenance team is rude and unwilling to fix any issues on first ask; after a month of asking for maintenance, they finally arrive ...and then produce shoddy repair. The leasing agents themselves appear to be bothered when met with any problems a resident may have. Residents are met with attitude in all of its forms from the staff. The apartment itself is not appealing or meets the criteria for the monthly rent they charge. Old appliances and floor plan. Broken doors, cabinet doors, bathroom toilet. Most of the doors didn’t even shut entirely. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Wasp problem on the balcony. April 28, 2025I have been staying in this comfortable place since 2015 because it is family-friendly, especially with the management. Everyone there is extremely kind and provides immediate assistance. I hope all my friends come to live in this safe, clean place that has all the necessary facilities for public life, a gym, playgrounds, gardens, swimming pools, and beautiful clean streets around the place.
