March 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOur experience moving to Braunfels Place has been refreshing and great. The small community has been welcoming but not intrusive. It feels quaint and safe with neighbors being neighborly. The community is quiet day and night. The units are like a townhouse feel with a good amount of space inside and a nice garage attached or separate... if you like. There are pet areas for fur babies. The place is kept up very nicely! The management has been professional, friendly and kind. Maintenence has been ...great! The management really make this community what it is... wonderful!!!Read More
