Near end of lease, enjoying peace
September 17, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNearing the end of my lease. Regardless of a long, very rough day at work I feel at peace when I come home to my 1 bdrm. So much warm sunshine fills my unit by day. By night, i enjoy the cozy feel of home with crown molding near the ceiling. I know my neighbor below had trouble due to flooding from rain. Leasing office helped by allowing her to stay at another Richdale property, furnished, until her unit was dried out. I've read reviews that were in the last couple months online, finding it ...kinda hard to believe. Simply because my experience with the staff, as well as the building maintained has been well within reason, if not top notch. I personally have not experienced any of the extreme issues/ concerns I had read about. I have asthma, coughing at night from small amounts of smoke from neighbors, but that is not uncommon in apt living. The maintenance crew, is great and quick to get thinks addressed that need to be. They have had to move our furniture to get a new dryer in, and moved our stuff back, right to where we had it. Never leave a mess. The property is in a great location. I have now lived at Breckenridge for over 2 years. Just moved from a 2 bedroom to a one bedroom on this same property.
