The maintenance supervisor and the woman in his office are excellent and always helpful. Other staff members have not handled my concerns well. Parking is good and I am satisfied with the space. Exterior cleaning and maintenance are very good. Trash issues were resolved, but management pressured residents about trash bins and possible fees, which felt unnecessary. Weekdays are quiet, but ...weekends are chaotic. Cars speed, motorcycles are loud, and music is very high. No action seems to be taken.
