Although we’ve only been residents of Broadstone Little Italy for 2 weeks, we are loving it! Our apartment is very nice and although the building is located in a busy area of town, the noise is not bad because I’m sure the windows are double (triple?) paned and the doors are heavy. The amenities look beautiful and seem to be well maintained - we haven’t had a chance to try them out yet. We’ve interacted with Rachel and Ellie and they are both friendly, warm and helpful when needed. Maintenance is ...

Prior to two months ago, I would highly recommend Broadstone for its outstanding amenities and friendly staff.
Due to several pest control/maintenance issues and not a whole lot of follow up from staff, I wouldnt recommend it anymore.

Broadstone Little Italy is a wonderful apartment complex with an amazing staff. Sasan and team are true professionals and were/are accommodating to all my needs. The building is clean and has many amenities. Location is prime, not as hectic as Gaslamp, walkable to great restaurants and safe. Would definitely recommend Broadstone Little Italy.
