May 1, 2023Although we’ve only been residents of Broadstone Little Italy for 2 weeks, we are loving it! Our apartment is very nice and although the building is located in a busy area of town, the noise is not bad because I’m sure the windows are double (triple?) paned and the doors are heavy. The amenities look beautiful and seem to be well maintained - we haven’t had a chance to try them out yet. We’ve interacted with Rachel and Ellie and they are both friendly, warm and helpful when needed. Maintenance is ...very good as well. Fernando aims to please. The security is also very good. The community has had 2 fun events in the 2 weeks we’ve lived here. How great is that! We love it and can’t see why we won’t keep enjoying it!!Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2021I recently moved into Broadstone Little Italy after researching place to live in the Downtown San Diego area, and I'm so happy I get to live here! The team here at the leasing office is amazing in every way that a tenant would want them to be (which is super important in my book), the amenities are.everything you could want, and the location is amazing (I feel like I'm within walking distance of everything - and if I'm not, I'm right around the corner from a gas station and the highway). The ...neighborhood I'm in is pretty sweet, too! I'm surrounded by so many unique shops and trendy restaurants that I feel like I'll get to explore for quite some time and find little neighborhood gems. October 22, 2020Broadstone Little Italy is a wonderful apartment complex with an amazing staff. Sasan and team are true professionals and were/are accommodating to all my needs. The building is clean and has many amenities. Location is prime, not as hectic as Gaslamp, walkable to great restaurants and safe.
