        Having ZERO cell service in my apartment is something I wish I would have known before signing. The apartment building I viewed had signal but the one I was placed in does not. Super inconvenient

        Everything has been great except for the recent change with BILT payments. It’s really unsettling having to transfer funds to your roomate to pay. We should equally be responsible and able to access our own individual rent portals for proper communication and payment making it more seamless and effective.

        Great place to live and an even better location. Dog park is a huge bonus along with the walking trail to get some exercise. The pool and clubhouse is really nice and enjoyable on the weekends.

        My apartment and porch are so cozy and relaxing. I love the pond and waterfall. I sit on my porch every morning and it just starts my day off right. Parking at the 500 building is quite a challenge, though. I usually have to park several buildings away. :-(
