Life in paradise
March 17, 2026I have resided at Spyglass Seaside for over 5 years now and I will never leave until I buy a house. The delightful staff including Mary, Brooke, Jessie, the other Jesse and Grant make this little community a very special place to live. The amenities transcend a tropical vacation vibe under the palms and the unit integrities are always being upgraded or upkept. Just today I was able to steal Jesse away from working to help me charge the battery in my Jeep, and it was no sweat for him as he obliged ...with a smile and helpful insight. February 26, 2026I love this place. Lived here for years. New. Pool is great. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Worth every penny for location, as it’s 3 miles from folly, 6 from downtown. Also super dog friendly! Gym isn’t bad either.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2026I really enjoy living here. We have renewed our lease 2 times. I especially love the car wash station, pet wash station, and outdoor shower. Any maintenance issues are addressed timely and seriously. The front office staff is so kind. The only thing I wish would change is getting rid of fake fragrance in the office/common areas - however, every complex in the area does this.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2026The team in the office and maintenance at Spyglass Seaside are excellent. Two small groups of people seem to do the work of a staff of dozens of people. The pool and clubhouse always look as if they've just been cleaned. Maintenance replies to, and takes care of issues, promptly and does such a great job on special things, like the holiday lights, which make the complex look gorgeous.Property Manager Responded
