It is a quiet community where our neighbors are respectful, and mindful of each other, and our children play safely. There are many wonderful amenities here, as you can clearly see on the website. But when it comes down to it, one of the most important amenity of any apartment complex for me is the staffing, the behind the scenes people. How is Brookwood managed, and cared for….do we get what we pay for? Well here’s the scoop, we have an ...OUTSTANDING STAFF!! Carrie & Kyle are only a phone call away with a resolution to any question or problem. I have NEVER had a issue with the front office, since Carrie has been here. She is timely, accurate, honest, and so easy to talk with. She genuinely cares about our community! Should the rare occasion come when there is a maintenance need, Kyle is your man! Again since Kyle has come to work here any problem big or small… any issue at all, he will come , assesses the problem & then tackles it ASAP!! No moss ever grows under this man’s shoes. Both Carrie & Kyle takes great pride in their work, and in making the member of the Brookwood farms community happy, and our apartments running smoothly. Overpay for mediocre and 0 maintenance
January 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comLived here for 4 years, I just moved out (thankfully!). Besides the location (safety) there is nothing to brag about here. -The apartment above me had 2 leaks that came through my fire alarms and ceiling. Maintenance came and looked at my ceiling and said it needed to dry before they fixed it...they never came back. When I moved out the fire alarms were still not replaced and the ceiling was still ruined. - The caulking in the bathroom was done so poorly the showers leak out the disgusting ...glass/sliding track was constantly filled with water/mold -Neither fan in the bathrooms worked so the condensation caused mold to grow on the walls. -The water is so bad here, it is nearly impossible to get the showers clean. I never felt clean even after a shower. -Both racks in the dishwasher were rusty, the actual dishwasher was rusted all the way out and the metal was rusted and left with dangerously ragged edges on the bottom closest to the kitchen floor - The kitchen sink had at least 3 leaks where the whole underneath of the sink was wet. Everything had to be pulled out and some of it replaced... -Lots of leaks. Including door seals not sealing adequately so expect higher electric/gas bills. This place needs MAJOR RENOVATIONS!!!! The office staff is okay at best. They definitely don't go out of their way to make you feel welcome.Read More

July 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex boasts an indoor and outdoor pool, workout room and tennis courts and is only 1/2 mile from walking and biking trails ... the entrances are private and is located in a small town not far from the freeways and all the action ... but you can live in the quiet private setting and just relax until you head out into the real world.

With the profesional and personable support from the women in the front office the transaction turned out to be an exciting - positive experience. They have much knowledge of Brookwoods complex and its operations. They also posess a sincere interest in the community members. With working in Facilities Mgt. for 16 years, I must say that the work orders get completed in a timely manner and the Facilities ...Mgt. crew at Brookwood have proven that they are willing to go above and beyond. The older one takes the time to explain and or answer all my questions while displaying patience. The younger one has a wonderful demeanor and is enthusiastic, a diamond in the ruff. So far the complex has been quiet. Some of the neighbors that we have encountered are just wonderful. We utilize the Club house frequently. My daughter and I feel safe and welcomed to our new home.Read More

There were a couple of minor repairs to be done and the office staff and maintenance were very efficient in taking care of them. The apartment is roomy and has all the amenities I need. When there has been bad weather the walks and roads are cleaned before I leave for work in the morning. I am thinking of getting a pet and Brookwood's pet policies are better than any other complex that I looked at before moving. The office staff ...and maintenance are very friendly and helpful and this is definitely a family friendly apartment complex.Read More
