Even before COVID, it has been very slow in getting a maintenance person in to help. I think the last request I made was the first time in nearly 3 years someone came in and fixed something in a timely manner. I understand it is difficult to get hired help these days, however, this has been an on going problem that began once the property ...management changed the last time (again around 3 years ago). It's also frustrating to not receive a response to emails at times or when no one is in the office and I have to leave a message with the answering service who must never forward messages since I don't always get a call back.
