The staff members have been awesome when it comes to handling concerns regarding maintenance etc. I enjoy living in this beautiful blessed community, because it's only 15 minutes away from where I work. August 9, 2024My interaction started off a bit rocky but after getting moved in and giving the office staff a chance to get things taken care of I'm very satisfied. My studio is perfect for me very conveniently located and very clean and upkept grounds. Susan was great to deal with and so is the leasing manager and property manager. Only complaint is crazy high pet fee because of this it's just unaffordable for me to adopt another pet after my two recently passed.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2021Wish I could give this place zero stars! What a disaster it has been living here and my year lease isn’t even up yet! Roaches, maintenance comes without giving you a 24-48hr notice, nothing ever gets fixed, mold in the apartment, trash everywhere and crime. Stay far away!Review from Apartments.com

I had many questions to ask and needed to know the options they offer so i can choose what best fits my needs. Kiersten helped above and beyond with all of that and more. She answered all of my questions with kindness, great knowledge, respect, and was all around a wonderful help. Staff is Violating Mask Ordinance
October 19, 2020While I was out walking my dog today I noticed a woman from the office riding around in her cart without a mask!! To add injury to that, she was knocking on residents doors with NO MASK on!!!! Riding up to reaidents....with no mask!! As a matter of fact, she never wears a mask when I see her. Does she not realize we are in the middle of pandemic & businesses & their employees must wear masks to stop the spread!?!?! You are putting peoples health at risk. If I see this again I will report the ...office and staff to DHEC. WEAR A MASK!!!!!!!! If residents have to wear a mask in the office then you MUST wear a mask when you go to peoples homes!!!!!Property Manager Responded
