The surroundings looks clean & parking spaces are very spacious. Very safe & comfortable walking even on late evenings. Love the dogs but I hope the residents who have dogs must be considerate enough to take care of their dogs increments.

The office staff is really good with all the tenants and keeps everyone happy

September 23, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comGate hardly ever works, staff is nice but work orders never get completed. Air conditioning is sub par and pet deposits are outrageous. I am a property manager and we only charge $250.00 as a refundable deposit. A $500.00 deposit plus pet rent is absolutely ridiculous. Over all the apartment isnt bad but dont expect much help from the staff.

Any concerns (which were very minor) were addressed in a quick and efficient manner. I cannot wait to use the gym and pool once COVID is managed. I also cannot wait to meet with the staff in-person in their office environment. Having not lived in an apartment in over 40 years, this apartment is more than I could hope for. Thank you Captain's Landing.
