Great First Apartment
June 9, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the first apartment I've ever leased and I love it here. I plan to renew my lease and continue living here. Very close to downtown and UTK. Lots of interior space, good quality, and affordable. Safe area and all my neighbors are respectful and quiet. The pool is a great addition too. A great place to live.
Could not even get in the door
June 17, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThey are by appointment mostly, and I set one 3 or 4 days prior to view their one-bedroom that just became available. When I showed up no one was there, and I called their general number and they had no clue what was going on. I will be looking elsewhere as some of the other apartments that actually had some service.

September 6, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe inside is pretty nice. There are hardwood floors. The layout is very accommodating considering the size. Earth Fare and a few other shops are within walking distance. Its also within walking distance to bus stops. Management is really nice.

June 11, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comLast year I downsized from a large family home, first apartment in in 25 years, I was concerned but should not have been. My 2 bedroom townhome is roomy & quiet. The complex is quiet, no loud partying, never have to hunt for a parking space. The leasing agent Theresa is great to work with, very helpful. The maintence staff is prompt & efficient. Any request I have made has been answered quickly, repairs done promptly. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS.
