OCD Grandma approved
February 3, 2026I have lived here since September 2024 with my boyfriend in two separate apartments. The trash can be a bit overwhelming by the time garbage day (Monday) comes around, but the new Valet Trash thing they started is absolutely amazing, and really makes a difference. Regarding the two apartments, no issues with either one that were so extreme, that it was a dealbreaker. We simply moved to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom, because oddly, the 2 bedroom was cheaper. The switching of the lease was ...easier than the first one, but I was confused simply because I was tired, but they explained it to me very well as many times as I needed. The management is amazing, and while me and my boyfriend have minimal issues, it is truly a great complex. It’s easy to get caught up in the negative reviews, but as long as you follow the rules of the complex, it truly is not a terrible place to live. Referring to the title, my OCD Grandma approved of both apartments. They really are quite nice, and any maintenance requests have not taken longer than 48 business hours to be completed, which is VERY nice.Property Manager Responded

DONT RENT HERE
July 15, 2024Office staff is awful. One person says it is okay to have 4 people at the pool the next kicks you out for the summer and slaps you with a 200 dollar fine. I could see if we were out of hand but we were calm no alcohol and no glass. Only allowed 2 people with you at the pool.Property Manager Responded

Our policy, which allows a maximum of two guests per household at the pool, is in place to ensure that all our residents can enjoy the facilities, given their popularity. This rule was communicated during the move-in process, through several notices, and is also posted at the front gate and in the pool area. The fine and temporary ban were implemented in accordance with these established rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we strive to enforce these rules consistently to ensure fairness to all residents.

Not recommended
July 8, 2021I can guarantee there are no units that live up to the pictures here. They list a hot tub, but that and other amenities have been removed. My family is also being kicked out without notice so that they can renovate this unit we’ve been in for 2 years?Property Manager Responded

Loved it last year, not loving it in 2020
October 3, 2020I loved my first year here at Carrington Square the management was decent, the amenities (2 pools, exercise area, basketball court, BBQ area, and 1 free carport per apartment were convenient and the price was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and maintenance will fix things, even if you have to bug them a little. Carrington Square promises a clubhouse and an exercise area and more. This year none of those amenities are available because of they are remodeling from the ground up. The exercise ...area, their carports, and price was one of the main reasons I loved it here. They've upped the rent and taken away the exercise area, basketball court, and carport. And after your lease is up, if your apartment is selected to be remodeled you'll be forced to move apartments (only if they are available) or move somewhere else completely. BEWARE that the amenities listed on their website might be done by mid 2021 or 2022, but count on it all anytime soon. Make sure you tour it and ask lots of questions.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2019There is no storage for trailers or RV. I've had a broken dishwasher for 5 month put in service request not a priority finally showed up just to say i need a new one. A week later still nothing done. Everytime you sign a new lease rather 6 9 or 12 months, your rent goes up 30.00 to 40.00 each time. staff is friendly but really dont care! Fairly clean just alot of noise and no management will get involved they just say call the police. I feel they really dont care about anything but money!Property Manager Responded
