December 18, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comManagement will do whatever they can to avoid helping tenants. They do not answer phones or emails during office hours. Incredibly frustrating. Occasionally lose rent checks. Maintenance and Grounds are what keeps this place going.

Outdoors are maintained well, hardly any roaches, friendly staff. Unfortunately, our apartment is in desperate need of an upgrade. Flooring is peeling, carpet in living room is ugly, and I also believe we have a mold problem. We have mentioned our concerns to mgmt but they have not really shown any concern. The staff in the office always greets me when I come in to their office and out on the property. Any time I have an issue they resolve it within a few hours. I've never had an issue with any neighbor everybody stays to their selves; The pool is lovely during the summer and the after school program is a blessing! However it can get rowdy at night, had a shooting in the parking lot a couple months ago, and seeing management can be difficult at times. The office is supposed to be open until 5pm daily and there have been numerous times that I have gone early in the day and the office is closed for "training."
