June 4, 2025Move in was so easy. Have not had any problems at all. So far so good! It’s quiet and peaceful. I was worried about the parking lot noise seeing that the bedroom faces it but you honestly cannot hear anything at all!Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2025My move in experience was very simple and I did very little outside of completing the application and providing necessary documentation. The staff made the entire process smooth and easy. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and are very helpful. I especially love the parking, there are plenty spaces in front of each bldg.Property Manager Responded
