My experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. They were knowledgeable. The apartment was clean when I moved here. Move in was so easy. Have not had any problems at all. So far so good! It’s quiet and peaceful. I was worried about the parking lot noise seeing that the bedroom faces it but you honestly cannot hear anything at all!

The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.
