September 4, 2025In the years I've lived here, there's been a significant decline in the residents, the cleanliness and most importantly, the safety/security! The lack of security on the property, the vast increase in break ins and theft as well as the the lack of concern exhibited by the leasing office will guarantee i don't sign another lease!Property Manager Responded

June 25, 2025It’s a pretty good community. It’s quite most days. The parking situation could be better. I was getting a company car and was told I could not get/purchase another parking pass and that I would have to get a garage which wouldn’t even be anywhere near my apartment and cost an extra $150 a month.Property Manager Responded
