June 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIf maintenance was better it would be a better place to live. You get what you pay for here sadly including the neighbors who smoke, kids who leave trash everywhere and people who block the parking spaces. Catherine has been great to work with though!

Should there be an issue with your apartment it is done within 24 hours if it is not an emergency, Same for the office staff looking into any issues with your apartment. The location to DTC, Light rail are within easy reach. Why not 5 stars - two items holding back is not enough parking unless you want to pay additionally and with everything else going on another bill is not warranted. Last item is hopefully remedied soon is the paved roads. ...Winter is tough and the potholes are getting out of hand. April 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI like the ambiance, there is enough space between blocks. The bedrooms have enough space making life easier to rest from a day's work. I have not tried the gym yet but it's one of the things am looking forward to. The bathrooms are spacious with enough water pressure making the bath enjoyable ??. April 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com...that these reviews are from people living here. You have to pay an additional fee for parking on the worst paved, nail filled roads I've ever driven on. There are no speed limits posted in either entrance of the community and there are roughly 20 blind three/four way intersections within the community with no stop signs. Moving into my unit there were sections of the wall missing, the AC room was filthy and moldy, the ceilings are cracked through, the bath spouts both fell out, both towel ...racks fell off, and I proceeded to need over 20 service requests in the first month of living here, roughly 30 in the 1 year I lived here. Don't get me started on the condition of the patios or sliding doors. The most negligent part about living here is the amount of smoke detectors with dead batteries beeping through the community. If you want to spend your nights listening to (assumingly empty) apartments fire detectors going off for your entire time paying rent here, definitely sign up. Moving here for the 14 months I had to stay here has been a major regret not only for me, but for just about anybody I talked to around here. U-Haul should base a fleet in the front office for the amount of people coming and going all at the same time.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The gym is nice, pool is fine gets really busy in the summer lots of kids, parking isn’t great if you come home late and don’t pay for your own parking spot you will be parking far away.Property Manager Responded

The pool is great and hot tub has been working more consistently than previous years. Have to pay to park but always have spots available.
